The task was to revolutionize the Home & Living market and provide the customers with outstanding service and build the best online destination for home furniture & decor. We redesigned the shop from scratch and I rebuilt the navigation structure and optimized the complete funnel process step by step. We launched the iOS & Android apps and the inspirational magazine.
